Payments and Refunds

Grover Park Consulting provides Custom Software solutions under written development agreements. Payments for services rendered under written development agreements are subject to the terms and conditions of those agreements and are not refundable. Grover Park Consulting may also sell a license to use Standard, non-customized, Software Solutions (often referred to as "shrinkwrapped" software). Refunds for Standard Software solutions are limited to the purchase price of the license and are subject to return of all media and written documentation supplied with the software.

Delivery Methods & Timing

On-site installations are completed by GPC under written development agreements. Normally, upon receipt of a properly completed order, Standard, non-customized, Software Solutions are shipped within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via UPS or FedEx. If a delay in shipping occurs you will be notified by mail, e-mail, and/or telephone and given a revised shipping date. If a delay occurs, you may elect to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
